Returns
All items are final sale, so I’m not able to accept returns. But if something’s not right with your order, please don’t hesitate to reach out at kimicraftzone@gmail.com. I’ll do my best to help!
Issues with the item
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong piece, please reach out to me by email as soon as you can. I’m happy to help sort it out.
Just make sure to check your order within 2 days of delivery and let me know if anything’s not right. After that, I might not be able to fix the issue, so it’s best to get in touch early!
Refunds
Refunds aren’t available once an item has been shipped, unless the package is considered lost. For tracked orders, a refund can be arranged if your shipment is marked as lost or becomes untrackable.
